3.5 Clever and fun -- nothing like making your own dream come true. This book was a result of a lifetime of sketch books and doodles combined with a love for bizarro information. The combo here works. It's divided into history facts, food facts, animal facts, sleep facts and other clever categories. Most of the info was fresh and unknown to me and he de-bunks a few well-accepted myths (like George Washington's wooden teeth). Some facts were shocking: a cell phone has 18 times more germs than public toilet handles. Ugh. A fun way to spend an hour or so barring the gross-out factor. ( )

A quick read that has given me a different view on things I thought I knew. On almost every page, I found I was looking up things on the internet and saying to myself "didn't know that". That includes, their Jelly bean fact. Not a favorite candy and even less so now. I agree with the title. This book was totally not boring!! ( )

This is a wonderful collection of weird/fun facts.

I love Mike Lowery's drawings and paired with fun facts this is a book that will certainly make it onto my bookshelf.

Thank you to the publishers for providing an ARC of the book through NetGalley. ( )
