Building the Ark: Preparing Today to Live in the United Order

Lorenzo Snow, a 19th century Mormon prophet, declared that the "United Order," a system of cooperative economics, would one day be an "ark" which would preserve families in times of tribulation in the last days. Building the Ark examines the United Order and how Latter-day Saints and other Christians can benefit from living a lifestyle based on the principles Law of Consecration and the United Order.
