Judgments are pre-oppression: they speak lotily. pared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools. Prov. xx, 11. 24. When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise; and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge. Proud and haughty scorner is his name who dealeth in proud wrath. Prov. xxit, 10.
