The Radzivil Bible, and the second Polish Bible, the first having been printed two years previously. This copy, when sold in Heber's sale for £26, wanted the Register, which was added by Dr. Hawtrey, and bound. In Hawtrey's sale it sold for £70.

Collation Old Test., 13 preliminary leaves, and pages (1)-579; New Test., pages (1)-143, including the title; Register, 7 leaves. In the numeration of Old Testament there are two numbers 154, no 160, two numbers 372, no 439; and in that of the New there is no number 84.

est excessivement rare." Ebert calls it "a highly valuable work, very rare," and says that its statements are recognized by the Austrian Government as sufficient authentication of nobility and genealogy. Probably there are not more than three copies in the British Empire.

The missionaries seem to have procured from Europe the paper used for the continuation of the work.
