Page 4 - The Executive Committee shall manage the affairs of the Association subject to the constitution and by-laws.
Page 3 - Association is established to maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of the law, to increase its usefulness in promoting the due administration of justice and to cultivate social intercourse among its members.
