I am instructed, by the Committee appointed by the Citizens of Washington to make arrangements for commemorating the virtues of the late illustrious Patriots and Sages, THOMAS JEFFERSON and JOHN ADAMS, to ask of you, for publication, a copy of the able, just, and eloquent Eulogy pronounced by you, yesterday, in the Hall of the House of Representatives, on the characters and services of those eminent Statesmen.
