About the author (2004)

Ken Jennings, Ph.D. is a leadership coach and a senior partner at VentureWorks, where he focuses on the effective execution of strategy. He is also a faculty member at the Bethel University School of Leadership. Jennings was previously a partner at Accenture, a venture capital advisor, and a military officer. He is the coauthor of Changing Health Care: Creating Tomorrow’s Winning Health Enterprise. John Stahl-Wert is president of Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, a 25-year-old community building collaborative in Pittsburgh that has created 50 social sector organizations, and is a faculty member in Geneva College’s Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership.
