New Ventilated Waterproof Coats.-Many Gentlemen object to Waterproof Coats on account of their confining the perspiration. This defect is now entirely obviated by making them in two parts-first, a Coat without shoulder or chest ieces, and then attaching a short Cape to cover these parts. This is tacked down at various places, so that it cannot be blown up with the wind; the result is that the garment is thoroughly cool, and allows the perspiration to escape freely.
