President J. Howard Reber made a trip to Chicago to complete the program for the Colorado Springs Convention which will be found in this Bulletin.

Mr. Benton S. Oppenheimer of the firm of Burch, Peters, Oppenheimer & Connolly of Cincinnati, was appointed by Mayor Hunt to sit as Police Court Judge during the absence of Judge Fricke.

Mr. Franklin L. Velde of Pekin, Ill., called on the Secretary to make reservation on the special train for himself and Mrs. Velde.

Mr. Henry Deutsch of Minneapolis, former President, called at League headquarters upon his return from the annual Convention of the National Association of Credit Men at Boston.

Mr. Leonard Erickson of Fergus Falls, Minn., called at the Secretary's office while attending the Republican National Convention.

Mr. Joseph B. Kelley of the firm of Kelley & Hauch of Cincinnati, called at the League offices while in Chicago for the Republican National Convention.

Treasurer Hart of New Orleans attended the Republican National Convention at Chicago enroute to the National Democratic Convention at Baltimore where he was a delegate from his state.

Mr. E. Dean Fuller of Mexico City, Mexico, called on Secretary Kreamer while in Chicago on a business trip.

Mr. E. J. Thilborger of New Orleans was a delegate to the Republican National Convention and called at the League offices during his stay in the city.

The firm of Simms, Enslow & Staker of Huntington, W. Va., announce the removal of their offices to the sixth floor of the Robson-Prichard Building of, that city.

The firm of Ryan & Runke of Merrill, Wisconsin, has been dissolved. Mr. Richard B. Runke succeeds the former firm.

The firm of Abbott, Edwards & Wilson, St. Louis, Mo., has been dissolved by the withdrawal of Mr. Alfred C. Wilson. Messrs. Abbott & Edwards will continue the practice with offices at 1123 National Bank of Commerce Building, St. Louis.

Mr. Andrew R. McMaster and Mr. Talbot N. Papineau of Montreal, Canada, have formed a co-partnership with Mr. George A. Campbell under the firm name of Campbell, McMaster & Papineau with offices in the Canada Life Building, Montreal.

Mr. John H. Mosier of Muskogee, Okla., has been appointed as Chairman of the Committee on Commercial Law of the Oklahoma State Bar Association and a determined effort will be made to have the minimum uniform rate of the Commercial Law League of America adopted.

The firm of Reeve, Burch, Peters & Oppenheimer of Cincinnati, Ohio, has been dissolved. Mr. Horace A. Reeve has withdrawn as an active partner but continues to practice and will act in an advisory capacity to the new firm of Burch, Peters, Oppenheimer & Connolly. Mr. Paul Connolly has been associated with the firm for several years. Mr. Charles McCuskey, formerly of Canton, Ohio, will have charge of the Receiving Department.

Mr. W. W. Skaggs of Marion, Ill., called at the League offices during the month.

Mr. Chas. J. Schnabel of the firm of Schnabel & LaRoche of Portland, Oregon, will sail for Germany on July 2d.

Mr. E. L. Klein of the N. W. Klein Adjustment Company of Milwaukee, called at the Secretary's office during the month.

Mr. Fred W. Newton of Saginaw, Michigan, announces the formation of a partnership with Mr. H. L. Stearns under the firm name of Newton & Stearns with offices at 606 Bearinger Building, Saginaw.

The firm of Ralston, Siddons & Richardson of Washington, D.. C., have removed their offices from the Bond Building to the Union Savings Bank Building where they occupy the entire eighth floor.

The firm of Millis, Culver & Griffin of Detroit, Michigan, announce that Mr. Arthur J. Lacy and Mr. Howard Streeter have become associated with them. The new firm will be known as Millis, Culver, Griffin & Lacy with offices at 1403-7 Ford Building, Detroit.

Mr. Charles F. Welsh of Detroit, Mich., announces the formation of a partnership with Mr. Charles S. Crane and Mr. Max Kahn under the firm name of Welsh, Crane & Kahn with offices at 625-6 Moffat Block.

Our members will regret to learn of the death of Judge A. G. Brice of New Orleans which occurred recently.

Cards are out announcing the marriage of Mr. Melvin Hutson of Decatur, Alabama to Miss Virginia Gertrude Emens of Trinity, Alamaba.

Mr. Willard P. Smith of San Francisco, Cal., called on Secretary Kreamer during the month. He was on his way to New York but will return in time to join the special train from Chicago to the Convention.

After July 1st, the firm of Burgess, Burgess & Chrestman will be located on the eleventh floor of the New Southwestern Life Building, Dallas, Texas.

Mr. E. O. Lee of the firm of Booth, Lee, Badger, Rich & Parke of Salt Lake City, Utah, called on Secretary Kreamer while on his way to New York.

Mr. H. H. Gilkyson of Phoenixville, Pa., called at the Secretary's office while in Chicago as a delegate to the Republican National Convention.

Mr. Paul E. Potter of Toledo, Ohio, has moved to New York City where he is associated with the National Surety Company.

Mr. Walter S. Cate of Ashland, Wis., announces the formation of a partnership with Mr. Clarence A. Lamoreux under the firm name of Lamoreux & Cate with offices in the Masonic Temple.

Mr. George Curtis Shinn of Washington, D. C., announces the dissolution of the partnership of Shinn & Shutler and a formation of a new partnership with Mr. Claude W. Owen under the firm name of Shinn & Owen.
