An excellent survey of a wide range of strategic practices for developing and cultivating an agile culture. I'd be interested in hearing how other readers have applied some of these practices in their own organizations.
As a consultant to software developers on the lean end of the spectrum, I can see all sorts of applications from the book that I will be sharing with my clients.
Thanks to Bob Gower and Rally for such an actionable resource!
