ADDENDA.

In the following list of additional articles, which we have either met with, or which have been supplied to us, subsequent to the opportunity of inserting them in their proper place; the names of new writers are printed in SMALL CAPITALS as before; but the names of such writers as are already inserted, and whose additional works only are now specified, are printed for distinction's sake in Italics: so that the Reader will understand that when he meets with a name in Italics (as Addis,) the same likewise occurs in the body of the work. References to names among the Addenda will also have a † affixed to them; if without the † the reference is to the previous part of the Dictionary.
