This is not a translation of the preceding work, but of a Latin poem of the 13th century by Qualichino d'Arezzo; see Quadrio stor. della volg. poes. IV. 478. But with it there also is (Mch. Hawke's) Killing is Murder, against a pamphlet of W. Allen, intit. Killing no Murder. Lond. 1657. 4°. in contradiction. At least 1658 cannot be the original edition.
