While potentially motivating, "The Way of the Peaceful Warrior" is very "cheesy", which I had a difficult time with. It seems hopelessly outdated as well.... hard to believe that it's only 20 years old!

Dan Millman — a former world champion gymnast, Stanford University coach, martial arts instructor, and Oberlin College professor — is author of 16 books published in 29 languages.
