Micromutilla Ashmead is a weakly defined subgenus of Sphaeropthalma Blake, not a discrete genus (teste Schuster, 1958, loc. cit. supra, p. 9). acontia (Fox). Transf. from Photopsis Blake, p. 753 (teste Schuster, 1958, loc. cit. supra, p. 16).
