Advertisement to Second Edition.

THIS second and revised edition of The Concise Dictionary of Religious Knowledge, we believe, furnishes the best single volume work of reference extant in the field of religious knowledge. The gazetteer feature is quite a new and valuable addition to the first edition, and will greatly increase the usefulness of the work. All Bible students and Sunday-school workers have here under one cover both atlas and dictionary, facilitating their labors very much. The maps herewith given are prepared expressly for this work at great expense, and embody the results of research in the countries represented to date. Some typographical errors in the first edition also have been corrected and do not appear in the second. We also furnish now the patent marginal reference index to all copies without additional charge. These new features we feel sure will be found of lasting value and usefulness.
