These data are given in considerable detail and similar data could not easily be obtained in full in time for incorporation in TABLE 3.-Average Prices in the United Kingdom of Principal Metals, Ores and Oils during the years 1936 and 1937. successive annual reviews of mineral production without causing undue delay. It is possible, however, to bring up to date Table V of that review showing the quantities of ores, metals and other mineral products available for consumption in India. These data for 1937 are summarised in Table 5 of this present review.
