shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. ૨૨ કૈનકે સુશાએ બાપ દાદાને નીશચે કહું કે તમારો દેવ પરભુ તમારા ભાઇઓનાંથી માહારા શરખા એક ભવીશ કેહેનારને તમારેશારૂ ઊતપન કરશે જેટલાં તે તમને કહેશે તે શઘલાં પર ભાણે તમે તેનું શાંભલા 23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. ૨૩ ને એમ થશે કે હરેક માણશ જે તે ભવીશ કેહેનારનું નહીં શાંભલશે તો લોકોમાંથી તેનો પુરા નાશ કરાશ 24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. ૨૪ વલી શરવ ભવીશ કેહેનારોએ શાનુએલથી માંડીને જે પછી. આએવા જેટલાએ કહું તેએ પણુ આ દાણાડાઓ શનંધી ખબર અગાઊથી કહીછે * 25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. ૨૫ તને ભવીશ કેહેનારાના વંશ તથા જે બંદોબશત દેવે આપ શુા બાપ દાદા સાથે કરીને આબરહાનને કહું કે તાહારા વંશના કારણથી પરથવી પરની શઘેલી વરણ આશીરવાદ પાંખશે તેના વં શ તને છે। 28 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus' sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. ૨૬ દેવે પોતાના દીકરા ઈશ્યુ ખીશને ઊડાંડો ને તે તમારી 19 ઝુડાઈથી તન હરેકને પાછા પુરવે એમાટે તમને કલાણ આપવાને તેણે તેણેને પેહેલાં તમારી પાશે નોકલામ CHAP. IV. ચેાથો અયો 1 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them, ૧ ને તે લોકોને કહેતા હુતા તાહાર ઇઆજકા તથા મંદીરનો શરદાર તથા શાદુકી તે પર ઊઠી આએવા 2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. ૨ તે લોકોને ઊપદેશ કરતા ને નરીંગએલાનું પાē ઊઠ ૐ ઈશુને આશરે થાણે તેહેની કથા કેહેતા હતા માટે એ નાખુ શય 3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide. ૩ ને એઓએ તેઓ પર હાથ નાંખા ને તેવેલા શાંહીંજ પડી હું તી માટે ખીન્ન દાહાડા લગી [તેને] બંદીખાઁનાનાં રાખો 4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand. ૪ તાપણુ જેઞએ તે વાત શાંભલી હુતી તેમાંંથી ઘણા એકે વીશવાશ રાખો ને તે લોકોની ગણતી હબ્નર પાંચેક થઈ 5 [ And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes, ૫ ને ખીજે દાણાડે અન થી કે તેના અધીકારીઓ તથા ઘર ડાઓ તથા શાતી 6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. ૬ તથા આનના સુખી ઈઆજક ને કાચ્યા તથા ઇહોન તથા આ લેકાંદર તથા સુખી ઇચ્છાજકના શગામાંના જેટલા હુતા એ ઈરૂશાલેમનાં એકઠા થ 7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this? ૭ ને એઓએ તેને વચમાં ઊભા કરીને પુછ્યું કે કડ઼ે અધીકારે અથવા કહે નાંને તને એ કરૂંછું 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, ૮ તાહારે પીતરે પીતર તમાથી ભરપુર થઇને તેઓને કહું હું આ લોકોના અધીકાીઓ તથા ઇશરાએલના ઘરડા 9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; ૮ એ ઊપકાર જે આ નબલા માઁણુશ પર કરા ને તે શી તરહ શના થએ તે શ×ધી ને આજ હમારી પરીખશા કરાઘે 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. ૧ તો તમ શરવને તથા ઈશરાએલી ધા લોકોને એ નાલુમ થાએ કે ઈશ્યુ ખરીશટ નાનડી ગેને તને ભરણુથને નાગીનાંખા ને નેને દેવે ભીગએલાઓમાંથી પાછા ઊઠાડા તેનાજ નાંનથી [એટ લે] તેથીજ આ નાંણુશ તમારી શાંહાંનાં હીમાં શાબ્વે[થઈને] ઊભા રહાછે 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. ૧૧ જે પથર તન ઘર બાઁધનારાઓથી નાખશેંટ કરા તે એ છે તે ખુણાનું નથાળું થછે 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved, ૧૨ ને બીન કોઈથી પણ તારણ નથી કેનકે હેલું ખીજું કોઈ નોંમ આકાશ તલે નાંણશોનાં આપેલું નથી જેથી આપણું તારણ થઈ શકેછે 18 | Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and igno rant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. ૧૩ ને એઆએ પીતરની તથા ઈહાનની મત નૈઈને ત્યા ઊખત તથા તેઓ વગર ભણેલા તથા ઊણા છે એમ બઁણીને અચરત કીધું ઈશુની શાયે ચાલતા હુતા અન એએએ તેને ને તે લખા 14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. ૧૪ ને તેની શાથે તે શના કરેલા નાંશને ઊભેા રહે તાં નેઈને ઊલટું કહેવાનુ એએની પાશે કંઇ નહાવું 15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, ૧૫ પશુ તેને નાએશભા બાહાર જવાના હુકન કીધા પર એએ માહાના વીચાર કરતાં કહ્યું 16 Saying, What shall we do to these men! for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is ma nifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we can not deny it. ૧૬ કે તે નાંણુશેને આપણે શું કરીએ કેમકે તેઓએ એક પરીધ ચમતકાર કીયો ખરો એ ઇશાલેમમાંના શઘલા રહે નારાઓને પરગટ [છે] ને આપણાથી ના કેહેવાતી નથી 17 Bnt that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. ૧૭ પણ લોકોમાં તે વહવું ની તે માટે આપણે શાીદે તેમને ધમકાવીએ કે તે ફરી એ નાંનથી લોકોનાંના કોઇને ન કહું ક - 18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all or teach in the name of Jesus. ૧૮ તાહાર એઓએ તેઓને બોલાવીને ઇશ્યુના નાંનથી તેઓ કંઇ ન કેહું ને ઊપદેશ ન કરે હેવા તેઓને હુકમ કીધો 19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. ૧૯ પશુ પીતરે તથા ઇહોને જવાબ દેતાં એને કહું કે દેવના કરતાં તમારૂં વહેતું માંનવું દેવની નજરમાં ઘટારથ છે કે ન એ તને ઠરાવો 20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. ૨૦ કેમકે જે હુને દીઠાં ને શાઁભલાંછું તે કહા બીના હુને રહી શકતા નથી. * 21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done. ૨૧ તાહારે એએએ લોકોને લીધે તેને દંડ કરવાનું કંઈ કારણ નવું દેખતાં તેને વહુતા ધમકાવીને સુકીદીધા કેમકે જે થીં હુતું તેથી શઘલા [લાક] દેવની શતુતી કરતા હતા |
