Bought the book because I was a follower of the author David Wee. The book is not a real book but a collection of his posting on Linkedin. There is a lack of a logical flow, lack of consistency in target reader, and it doesn't constitute a systematic view of either talent development or personal career management.
However the book indeed consists of some best answers to questions in talent development and career development I have ever seen. Sometimes, for that one piece of advice, it's worth reading through the whole "book", enduring the meaningless parts.
